Heathrow Facility Opens
We are pleased to announce our first purpose-built facility is now operational near Heathrow in West London.
The Ready Jet remote-controlled robotic lance high-pressure cleaning system safely removes residual hardened concrete from inside truck mixer drums with Zero Harm and Exceptional Results.
ReadyJet has saved me so much time, reduced the risk traditionally attached to my job and has made my life so much easier. Thank you guys!
Kevin Buckley, Fleet Owner
The Readyjet Service will remove all the hardened concrete from your drum. It does this with Zero Harm supporting the “Vision Zero” values of high-quality implementation, compliance and zero tolerance to unsafe working practices.
For best results, come to us before the hardened concrete has bridged the gap between adjacent blades.
Regular visits, say every 3 months, will keep the residual concrete in check, reduce your tare weight, increase fuel economy, optimise capacity and minimise wear and tear on engine, transmission, brakes and tyres.

Readyjet Services - the Safest Solution. Let's get the man out of the drum!
We use a remote controlled, robotic lance to clear all the hardened concrete build-up with a high pressure water jet. The service is carried out in our purpose built, acoustically designed facility. We capture rainwater from our roof to use in the process. You discharge the build-up in our adjacent bay and we recycle the water. The water is cleaned of fine particles and the alkalinity neutralised, before being stored for the next service.
The hardened concrete is taken away by a licensed carrier before being recycled into aggregates, some of which are reused in concrete.
No-one gets in the back of the drum, works in a confined space or operates manual impact tools.
All this in an exceptional 45 minute service, with zero harm.

The traditional method for removing hardened residual concrete buildup from inside truck mixer drums, involved personnel climbing inside the drum with chipping hammers to remove the buildup, which is extremely unsafe, time consuming and damages the drum.
The use of chipping hammers to remove hardened concrete buildup, is considered to be the only method available and unfortunately, many people have been either hurt, seriously injured or fatally wounded, adopting this method, which is not acceptable.
We want to show you a much SAFER, less destructive and more cost efficient way.
The READYJET is a patented, robotic, non destructive, high-pressure cleaning system, which has been designed to quickly and efficiently remove hardened concrete buildup from inside concrete mixer drums, without the need for human intervention.
Why not try the ReadyJet, high pressure cleaning system today and see just how good it really is?
